Community CROPS provides training, technical assistance and land access to beginning, immigrant and limited-resource farmers. Our goal is to help people create sustainable farm businesses to feed their families and their community. CROPS helps graduates of our 3-year program locate land to rent for starting their farm business.

PROGRAM NO LONGER RUNNING The Sowing the Seeds of Hope program (1999-2010) provided behavioral health services to uninsured, underinsured and other at-risk farm and ranch families and agricultural workers. Seven states (Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin) formed the regional program in 1999.
This program is to "help beginning and retiring farmers/ranchers enhance success of farm/ranch transfer, business viability and land stewardship.
