Rural Business Energy Efficiency Improvement Loan Fund (RBEEIL) offers low-interest "micro" loans for energy efficiency projects undertaken by food and fiber producers and processors implementing the recommendations of a third-party energy auditor.The minimum loan amount is $2,500 and the maximum loan amount is $30,000.
