The Maryland Rural Business Equipment and Working Capital Fund Loan (RBWCL) will offer low-interest loans to established Ag/RB-industry firms and producers for working capital and equipment purchases. This program is supported by The Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development Corporation (MARBIDCO) utilizing state funds and the U.S. Department of Agriculture - Rural Development. Some loans made under this program will use a combination of USDA-RD funds and MARBIDCO funds while others will use MARBDICO funds exclusively. Those loans utilizing USDA-RD resources must receive approval from the State USDA-RD office MARBIDCO will help facilitate approval.
