Green Corps

CLBL-Center for Land-Based Learning has completed two exciting summers of job skills training, community service, paid work experience, career exploration, and education in sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship. Our Green Corps program serves high school and college-aged youth from Yolo and Sacramento Counties, and the work performed will benefit many of our partners in sustainability. As with everything CLBL does, stewardship concepts and education are built into each experience - interns will be working on a variety of projects and will always learn about the science concepts related to the work they were performing, and why and how each task is important as it relates to the productive intersection of agriculture, conservation, and sustainability.
