The farm operates an intensive 9-month Organic Farmer Training Program (OFTP) in year-round organic farming focusing on diversified production of vegetables, livestock, flowers, fruits, herbs for local markets.

The Farley Center, launched in 2010, is a land-link program to connect new farmers with available farmland in the Madison, Wisconsin area. We hold two to three public "matchmaking mixer" events each year. Each mixer brings together aspiring organic farmers in need of land with farmland owners in the Madison area.
